Dr. Xinxin Guo
Staff of Professorship for Combustion and Acoustics for Power and Propulsion Systems
Xinxin received her B.S. and M.S. degrees in acoustics from the Université du Mans, France. She completed her Ph.D in Dec. 2018 at the Laboratoire de l'Université du Mans (LAUM, CNRS-UMR 6613), France. From 2019 to 2023, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Signal Processing Laboratory LTS2 at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, Switzerland. Her research fields include active linear and nonlinear electroacoustic resonators, active nonlinear acoustic metasurfaces, and nonlinear topological lattices. She joined the CAPS lab in Dec. 2023. Her works involve the studies and realizations of self-oscillators forced by acoustic flows, PT symmetry systems, and active nonlinear circulators.
